1.  How can I contact Planet Talk and get support?

If you need to contact us, please have your account details available, as we may need to ask a few security questions before accessing your account. We take the security of our customers and their accounts seriously.

You can contact us directly through the PlanetTalk App. When contacting us, please provide as much information as possible about your enquiry. Including screenshots, where relevant, can also help us understand and resolve your issue more quickly.

You can also follow us on Instagram for helpful information, updates, and instructional videos on how to use the Planet Talk App.

Finally, make sure you always keep your PlanetTalk app updated. This helps ensure you have the latest features, the best experience, and access to the latest offers and improvements.

 2. What should I do if the PlanetTalk app is frozen or not loading?

If the PlanetTalk app is frozen or not responding, please try the following:

• Close the app completely.
• Restart your phone.
• Open the PlanetTalk app again.
• Clear the app cache.
• If the issue continues, uninstall and reinstall the app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
  
  

Reinstalling the app usually resolves temporary loading or freezing issues.

3. Why does my account show zero after logging in?

This may happen due to a temporary display issue. Please try the following:

• Log out of your PlanetTalk account and log back in.
• Refresh the app.
• Clear your app or browser cache, then try again.
  
  

If your balance still shows as zero, please contact our support team
