1. What types of vouchers and gift cards can I purchase using Planet Talk?
You can purchase digital vouchers and gift cards in the following categories:

• Retail

• Gaming

• Cash Cards

• Food

• Entertainment

• Travel and Transport

2. How do I purchase a gift card?
To purchase a gift card:

1. Go to the “SEND” option in the app.

2. Select “Vouchers and Gift Cards”.

3. Choose the type of gift card you'd like to purchase.

3. How can I access the details of the purchased gift card?
Once you purchase a gift card, you can find all the details on how to use it in your Send History.

1. Open the transaction.

2. Expand the transaction to view the gift card details.

3. Send the details to the recipient.

4. Can I use gift cards in-store or online?
Gift cards can be used either in-store or online, depending on the service purchased. Always ensure you select the correct gift card and operator, as incorrectly purchased gift cards cannot be refunded once used.

5. Do some gift cards have expiration dates or PIN validity?
Yes, some vouchers and gift cards may have product validity or PIN validity, or both. Be sure to check the product details for this information before purchasing.

6. What happens if I purchase the wrong gift card?
If you purchase an incorrect gift card, it cannot be refunded once used. Please ensure you select the correct card and operator during the purchase.
