1. What is the CreditBack Program?
The CreditBack Program rewards customers with calling credit when they complete eligible transactions, including:
Airtime top-ups
Data top-ups
Gift voucher purchases
Utility bill payments
2. How is CreditBack calculated?
CreditBack is a percentage of the total amount spent on eligible transactions within a month. At the end of each month, all qualifying transactions are summed up, and a percentage of the total is credited to your Planet Talk registered phone number as calling credit.
3. When will I receive my CreditBack?
Your accumulated CreditBack for a qualifying month will be added to your calling credit balance within the first week of the following month.
4. How will I know when my CreditBack has been added?
You will receive a push notification informing you that your CreditBack has been added. However, the exact amount will not be specified in the notification.
5. Can I use my CreditBack for anything other than calls?
No, the CreditBack is provided as calling credit and can only be used for making calls. It cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash.
6. Do I need to opt in to the CreditBack Program?
No, all customers automatically earn CreditBack when they complete eligible transactions. No registration is required.
7. Is there a limit to how much CreditBack I can earn?
No, there is no cap on the amount of CreditBack you can earn. The more eligible transactions you complete, the more calling credit you receive.
8. What happens if I don’t receive my CreditBack?
If you believe you did not receive your CreditBack after the first week of the month, please contact Planet Talk customer support for assistance.
