3. How can I share credit on PlanetTalk?

You can share credit directly in the app or at creditshare.planettalk.com. Follow these steps to complete a transfer.
Go to creditshare.planettalk.com and tap Start Transfer.
Provide your phone number, your country, the country you frequently call, your current PlanetTalk balance, and your email address.
Enter the receiver's phone number and their country.
Input the amount you would like to transfer.
Review and confirm. The credit will be processed within 24 hours. The recipient can use it immediately in the PlanetTalk app.
Credit transfers are processed within 24 hours. The recipient must have an active PlanetTalk account to receive credit.

4. What can shared credit be used for?

Shared credit can only be used to make calls through the PlanetTalk service.

5. Can I withdraw or convert shared credit to cash?

No. Shared credit cannot be withdrawn, converted to cash, or transferred to a bank account, wallet, or any third-party service.

6. Is Credit Share a money transfer or remittance service?

No. Credit Share is not a money transfer, remittance, or payment service. It is strictly for sharing calling credit within the app.

7. Can I use shared credit for business or resale purposes?

No. You are not allowed to resell, monetize, or use shared credit for commercial or arbitrage purposes.

8. Can I share my credit with another user?

Yes, you can share your available balance with another PlanetTalk user using the CreditShare link.

However, please note that bonus credits or promotional rewards cannot be shared. Only your main (purchased) balance is eligible for credit sharing.
