Planet Talk’s "Live Chat" is a quick and convenient way to get real-time support from one of our agents directly through the app or website, without leaving your screen.


2. When is Live Chat support available?
Live Chat support is available during our business hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.


3. How can I access Live Chat on the Planet Talk website?
Simply look for the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of any page on our website. Click on it to start a conversation with one of our agents.


4. How can I access Live Chat in the Planet Talk app?
In the Planet Talk app, go to Settings > Help and Support, then select FAQ/Live Chat to start chatting with us.


5. Do I need to leave the app or website to use Live Chat?
No, you can connect with our support team directly without leaving your current screen.


6. What kind of support can I get through Live Chat?
You can ask questions, get help with any issues, and receive guidance on using Planet Talk services. Our team will do their best to assist you.
