1. How can I delete my account?
If you decide you no longer wish to use Planet Talk and would like your data deleted, you can request this through the app or by email:
Via the App:
Open the app and go to Settings.
Select Account.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Via Email: You can also email your request for account deletion to our designated email.
2. What happens after I request account deletion?
Once you submit your deletion request, we will confirm with you before proceeding.
The deletion process takes up to 5 working days to complete.
After confirmation, please delete the app from your device as well.
3. Can I undo account deletion?
This action cannot be undone. Once processed, all your data will be permanently deleted.
4. Is this for reinstalling the app?
No, this action is for permanently deleting your account and all associated data. It is not necessary if you're simply reinstalling the app.
